PFW A/W 2015 Favorites

Whew, finally was able to condense my Paris Fashion Week favorites down to seven (trust me it was hard so many beautiful collections). So here's a post showcasing my favorite Paris collections. Amazing clothes, accessories, beauty - Paris had it all! Let's take a look:

Saint Laurent is a forever favorite of mine. I dream of owning a Sac De Jour (someday....) and I always look forward to seeing what Hedi Silmane has up his sleeve. This collection felt like a homage to the ultimate bad girl rock star. Dangerously high slits & hems, cool prints, the best boots, and of course the most amazing moto jackets. It's no surprise YSL's sales just go up and up.

Yes Zoolander & Hansel crashed the Valentino stage but did you see the clothes?! Mostly moody blacks and neutral whites but what really caught my eye were the outfits that featured gorgeous colorful embroidery work (see this one and this one). So stunning. Okay we can go back to gushing over how Zoolander & Hansel walked the runway too.

After being rather uninterested in Alexander Wang's all black A/W 2015 collection I was interested to see what he would bring to Balenciaga. Simply put, I loved it. Full of incredible, blink and you'll miss it details a few stand outs were these broaches (see here & here), unexpected surprises like this unique belt placement, and regal heels. Definitely take a look at the whole collection. You won't be disappointed.

From start to finish Barbara Bui's collection was right up my alley. Blacks, greys, navy and whites are my go to color palette. Loved this amazing blue/grey dress, the adorable small crossbodys, and this fantastic floor length high slit leather skirt

So many patterns and details at Dries van Norten. Honestly, it's hard to pick just a few favs to share as the collection as a whole is stunning but take a peak at this outfit, this coat, and this dress. Lastly these patterned shoes with a matching bag are amazing.

The collection I wanted in my closet immediately was Sonia Rykiel's. I was sold right from the start with it's library setting and the clothes weren't half bad either. Such an amazing coat, fantastic fur, and this outfit from head to toe is to die for.
Last but definitely not least is Elie Saab. How could you not include Elie Saab?! Full of the most stunning gowns of fashion month I swoon each season. While I strongly encourage you to look at each and every piece these were a few of my favs: this patterned number, this flowing army green one, this one Karlie Kloss rocked, and this final look cut out piece. Sigh.

So that closes out Paris! What were some of your favorites?
