30th & Weldon's Sunday at the Mill

9:00 AM

I'm a huge fan of supporting local shops/food/music/etc. So naturally, I was thrilled with fellow Baltimore bloggers 30th & Weldon announced they would be throwing an 'end of summer' celebration in the city which showcased - you guessed it - Baltimore artists, artisans, musicians and more. It was a wonderful way to bring August to a close. I was simply going to go and enjoy the day, however, me being me couldn't resist taking the old Canon for some snaps.

Food and drinks were served up by Artifact Coffee which included AMAZING soft shell crab sammies and yummy red and white sangria. The Moon Life Clothing had some very cosmic duds for sale which made me wish I brought more cash on me!

Attendees bought blankets to lounge on while listening to music and enjoying the beautiful summer afternoon.

One of my biggest regrets of the day was not getting one of the ice cream sandwiches being served up by Cream Cruiser. Thankfully they will be at the Fells Point Farmers Market through September so I can hopefully nab one. Also I loved Ann Margaret's gorgeous ceramic work. Definitely want a necklace!

There were many wonderful performers throughout the event but Sojourne were simply phenomenal. Please check them out. And just like that the event was over! It was a great day of good company, friendly faces, talented people and delicious foods and drinks. I can't wait for the 30th & Weldon girls to host another event! (I hope!) Check out their blog and if you're in MD keep tabs on them!
xx
